Yamato Scientific will be participating in the 2nd INTERPHEX OSAKA Exhibition, which will be held over 3 days from February 24th (Wed) – 26th (Fri). New Fume Hood, various enclosures, Fireproof Safety Cabinet, Safety Cabinet for Waste Collection, Bead Mill, Table-top Microscope, X-Ray CT scanner, Smart Robotic Lab Assistant (humanoid robot system), incubator and PM 2.5 Density Measurement System are scheduled to be displayed.

1. New Fume Hood
We would like to introduce our New Fume Hood Series with futuristic new design, operability, functionality and safety for operators.

2. Nano Enclosure for Nano Particle Exposure Prevention
An enclosure with nano powder containment performance evaluated based on the SMEPAC guidelines. With a design which incorporates superior material for electrical safety and easy cleaning, this product uses a bag-out HEPA as a standard feature.

3. Powder Containment Weighing System ST1
An enclosure which provides stability for semi-micro weighing of highly bioactive powders. Equipped with a waste recovery system and is fully prepared to protect against exposure during HEPA replacement. 

4. Compact Microdosing Unit (Xcelotapper)
High-precision weighing for various powders up to 1mg can be measured by Microdosing Method. 

5. Bead Mill
Particle technology realizes a new field. Conforms to GMP. 

6. Humidity Chamber for High-precision Weighing
Low dew point and low humidity are required for powers or hygroscopicity samples. This chamber can realize micro or ultra-micro level precise and stable weighing. 

7. Under bench type Fireproof Safety Cabinet / Safety Cabinet for Waste Collection
Fire-resistant level is the maximum class 90 with EN Certification. Most suitable for storage of organic solvents or chemical wastes. 

8. 3D Measuring X-Ray CT Scanner (Movie)
Provides high spatial resolution and high contrast resolution for non-destructive internal observation. Non-destructive observation for granulated powders and tablet medicines can be carried out. A guide to our demonstration service with our industrial X-ray CT scanner will be provided. 

9. Hitach Table-top Microscope, TM3030Plus
Can be performed for various purposes. Backscattered electron image, 2-D image and element analysis can be obtained under low vacuum environment by this unit. 

10. FTIR, NicoletTM isTM 5
Compact and high performance (0.8cm-8 resolution). Qualitative analysis with observation up to 100μm is available by the existing library. 

11. Eco Incubator ILE800
A new air jacket type incubator which reduces power consumption by inverter control and also significantly decreases frost formation and temperature drop time. 

12. Smart Robotic Lab Assistant (Movie)
This robotic system can realize "Laboratory Automation" for conventional manual analysis works. Various technical works by the specialists may be replaced by this cutting edge technology.
